STREET PATROL MISSION
We are descendants of warriors, who protected those, who explored and shared their knowledge and wisdom. As their descendants we give aid and comfort to people in need, poor, homeless, and those who society has turned its back on. We do not condemn nor judge. We reach out with open hearts and hands.
Street Patrol Outreach is our Street Team that supplies the unhoused community with blessings in a bag every other Monday night at 7pm. Please view the calendar for the current activities.

Invest In Yourself Program
Street Patrol's "Invest In Yourself" Program mentors youth on site at the St. Louis City Juvenile Detention Center located at 920 Vandeventer Ave, St. Louis, MO 63108 with alternative options for navigating life through mentors who grew up in the same areas and overcame similar struggles with a focus on Financial Literacy, Character Building, and the Importance of Education.
Street Patrol had the pleasure of working with several new volunteers for our Cardinals Major League Baseball Concession Stand Fundraiser. Big ups to Applesauce, Jocelyn, Cynthia, Jenine, Jordan, Matt, and the UPSers. So, a few UPSers from Human Resources volunteered for the first time as well. They never heard of Street Patrol before, but found us on the United Way's Volunteer Center. They were quickly acclimated though. Read on for their take on the Cardinals Fundraiser.
What motivated you & your co-workers to volunteer with Street Patrol @ our Cardinals Concession Stand Fundraiser? It is a Lot of work.
"I am driven to support my community in a variety of ways. At one point in my life, I was on the receiving side of charity, and now I am able to give it back, especially with my Time. And also several years ago, I used to work in kitchens, so this was nothing new for me. Hence, how I knew to set up the sink to do the pots and pans. Lol." - Mike
"I wanted my team to volunteer for a local organization for team building, networking, and to support our community". - Kolten
"Support an organization that focuses on helping others." - Joy
This was your first time volunteering at a Cardinals Game Concession Stand. How was it?
"I Absolutely loved it. Even though I was a few minutes [hours] late, clearly when I came in, I brought the energy. Lol. I enjoyed greeting the multitude of people and taking care of them. They were satisfied. They gave me lots of smiles. They told me thank you. And I had a return customer come directly up to me. And one lady even came up to me just to do small talk because she liked my name." - Mike
"It was a lot of work, but we had a great time. I would have appreciated more structure from the concession supervisor. I was confused about my responsibilities at the beginning of the day." - Kolten
Welcome to our world, Kolten
"It was good. A lot to take in at first but that was okay." - Joy
Are there any additional details you want to share?
"I thought K-D. did a great job and was also very engaged the entire event. She gave Good instructions. And we started strong and we finished strong." - Mike
"No, we really enjoyed our time with Street Patrol, and we hope to volunteer with them again." - Kolten
"It would have been helpful to swap some people around halfway through so the people in the kitchen could get some relief from the heat of the grill." - Joy
It is definitely HOT back there.
"We, as humans, tend to take on a lot of stress with life and will say something is 'impossible'. But when you put 110% in God's hands, anything is possible." - Mike
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it's the courage to continue that counts." - Winston Churchill. - Kolten
